SSC JHT 2023 EXAM DATE
The Staff Selection Commission published the SSC JHT Exam notice on August 22, 2023. The application form fill-up started on the same day. The process will be continued till September 12, 2023. Once the Registration ends, the official will extend the timeline for application form correction.
According to the notification published on the official website, the SSC JHT exam will be held in October 2023. Though no date has been finalized so far, you can expect the exam to be held in mid-October 2023.

According to the notification of SSC JHT published on the official website, 307 vacancies are available for the Junior Hindi Translator post. Category-wise, the seats have been divided.

SSC JHT EXAM PATTERN
SSC JHT will be conducted in two phases. Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 has MCQ and is computer-based. Paper 2 consists of descriptive questions. Maximum Marks is 400 (Paper 1 and 2 combined).

- Candidates must be a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan.
- The candidate has to have a Master’s Degree from a recognised University in the pertinent subjects.
- The candidate must be within the age group of 18 to 30. However, there is some age relaxation for the reserved category students.

WHAT IS THE SELECTION PROCESS OF SSC JHT 2023?
The Selection Process of SSC JHT will be conducted in four phases. Firstly, the candidates need to appear for the written exam, which will be held in Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 2 will have option-based questions on General Hindi and English, and Paper 2 will have descriptive questions on the subject of the candidate.
The candidates who will successfully qualify for the exam can participate in the further rounds. They need to attend the document verification round. The authority will cross-check all of the documents submitted by the candidates while applying for the exam.
